Next session of The Circuit Box will start next week!

Last week attended a social meet and greet session held at Structure Gym at Zafar Ali Khan Road Lahore. This session was meant to introduce TCB or The Circuit Box challenge to the representatives of the digital media community. Juggun Kazim was the celebrity face of the recent session of TCB. She has been training through this program and has mentioned that he has lost at least 3 inches around the waist through this work out program.

The Circuit Box is intimidating. Yes, it’s hard. But the good news is it is also motivating, fun, and worth it. It is by far the best method to shed additional weight and to convert your excessive body fats into muscles. TCB classes cater both to advance level and complete beginners – the instructors are highly skilled and give clear options to the level of difficulty, whether that’s a different number of squats or hand weights.

The instructors push you to do what you didn’t even know you were capable of doing. The music, the signature ambiance, the energy in the class…..

All TCB techniques and claims are backed by science. TCB is the unique high-intensity workout. It burns up to 1,000 calories in one class, tones muscle, maximizes fat loss, and increases your metabolism. Here you actually burn calories even after the class is over!

WHY IT WORKS

At TCB all classes are different so you never get bored. The trainers make sure your workout is intense, and your transformation is achieved using diverse, scaled, addictive workouts.

Unlike many other Boot Camp programs, TCB is not just a workout. Others give you 20%, they don’t get results as they ignore the rest of 80% which is diet. So the diet and workout go hand in hand to achieve maximum results. Your transformation is achieved only when you combine solid training with clean food. They add additional daily home workouts, assessments and body measurements, food plans, and food diaries, with constant feedback.

Do give it a try and begin your journey to a healthy lifestyle.

Here are some highlights of the event.
